1 lakh 16 thousand 676 students got GPA-5 in the 2026 SSC and equivalent examinations. The results of all the education boards of the country were released simultaneously at 10 am on Monday (August 10).

Education Minister Ehsanul Haque Milon highlighted various aspects of the results at a press conference held in the conference room of the Ministry of Education.

The minister said that a total of 18 lakh 29 thousand 485 students participated in this year's SSC and equivalent examinations. Of them, 11 lakh 38 thousand 877 passed. As a result, the pass rate this time stands at 62.25 percent.

The results show that 1 lakh 16 thousand 676 of the total passed students got GPA-5.

This time, the SSC and equivalent examinations began on April 21. The written examinations of the general education boards ended on May 20. And the written examinations of the Dakhil and SSC (Vocational) examinations ended on May 24.

Candidates can check their results on the education board's website and through SMS on their mobile phones. Results are also being collected from their respective educational institutions.
