Golden Life Insurance Limited’s customer gathering, death claim check handover and prize distribution ceremony were held in a festive atmosphere in Lalmohan, Bhola.

This grand event was held at Lalmohan Golden Life Insurance’s own office at 10 am last Thursday (June 25). Mr. Mamunur Rahman, Central DMD of Alfalah Project, spoke as the chief guest at the event.

Mr. Kamal Hossain, In-charge and Deputy Managing Director of Lalmohan Servicing Cell, and Mr. Harun Rashid, Assistant Managing Director, spoke as special guests at the event. Ms. Sumana Yasmin, General Manager, presided over the event.

Among the invited guests was Mr. Mozammel Haque Master, former Chairman of Badsha Mia Academy. Journalists from local print and electronic media and a large number of insurance field workers and customers were also present.

In an emotional moment of the event, a death claim check of Tk 1 lakh 50 thousand was handed over to the sole nominee of the late customer Firoz Mia of Nazirpur area, ‘Nirab’. It is to be noted that the customer Firoz Mia died after depositing only one premium. Before handing over the check, a minute of silence was observed in memory of the deceased and the forgiveness of his soul was prayed for.

Praising the quality and integrity of the insurance service, the speakers said that Golden Life Insurance is always committed to the deposits and claims of the customers. One of the biggest proofs of this is that the claim money is handed over to the nominee in the fastest time as per the rules even after paying only one premium.

After the discussion meeting and handing over the check, attractive prizes were distributed among the customers. Finally, the event ended with a lunch for all the employees and members present.
