
The newly formed full committee of Taltoli Upazila branch under Bangladesh Primary Teachers Association, Barguna District Branch has been announced. The committee was formed on Wednesday (August 5) with the aim of establishing the fair rights of the teachers’ community, protecting their professional dignity and improving the quality of primary education.
Mainul Islam has been appointed as the president and Faisal Ahmed as the general secretary of the announced committee. In addition, experienced and responsible teacher leaders of primary schools in the upazila have been included in various important positions.
The leaders of the organization said that the newly formed committee will play an effective role in protecting the interests of the teachers’ community, professional development, further dynamizing organizational activities and improving the overall quality of primary education. At the same time, it will work unitedly to implement the fair demands of teachers and establish their rights.
After the announcement of the committee, there was joy and enthusiasm among the teachers’ community of Taltoli Upazila. Those concerned expressed hope that the organization will become stronger through the skills, honesty and foresight of the new leadership and will bring positive changes for the welfare of the teachers’ community.
